Jake is a registered psychologist and founder of Wayfind Psychology and Consulting. Known for his warm, grounded approach, he supports children, adolescents, and adults to build insight, resilience, and practical skills for growth.

He also supports foster, permanent, and adoptive carers and has presented on this work at national conferences.

Jake offers therapy and psychological assessments, including cognitive, educational, ADHD, and autism assessments. He uses evidence-based approaches like CBT, motivational interviewing, ACT, and creative therapies such as play and art therapy. Always curious and collaborative, Jake is committed to continual learning and will find answers when needed. Outside work, he enjoys time with family and friends, unique adventures like treetop climbing, white water rafting, and tiny house escapes, horror movies, video games, and - of course - chicken nuggets.
