Individual Psychological Therapy

We offer personalised therapy for children, adolescents, and adults experiencing a range of emotional, behavioural, and mental health challenges. Support is available for:

  • Emotional regulation and behavioural difficulties

  • Social skills and peer relationships

  • Autism and ADHD

We use evidence-based approaches tailored to each person’s needs. Where helpful, we incorporate screening tools and questionnaires to better understand symptoms and support planning.

Fees: $220 (business hours) / $240 (after hours & weekends)

Medicare rebates may apply if referred under a Mental Health Treatment Plan. Sessions are typically 50 minutes.

Parent and Carer Guidance

We offer supportive, evidence-informed consultations to help parents and carers understand and respond to their child’s needs with confidence. These sessions can be useful as a stand-alone service or alongside a child’s therapy.

Support might include:

  • Managing challenging behaviours at home

  • Understanding and responding to big emotions

  • Navigating developmental or learning differences

  • Strengthening communication and connection

  • Support for parents of neurodivergent children (e.g., autism, ADHD)

What to expect:

  • Tailored, practical strategies for your family

  • A compassionate, strengths-based space to reflect and problem-solve

  • Can include coordination with schools or other supports if needed

Psychological Assessments

We offer comprehensive psychological assessments for children, adolescents, and adults to better understand cognitive, developmental, learning, and emotional profiles. Assessments are designed to inform support planning at home, school, or work.

Common assessments include:

  • Cognitive (IQ) and educational assessments

  • Autism assessments

  • ADHD assessments

  • Emotional and behavioural profiles

  • Functional and adaptive behaviour assessments

Assessment packages include:

  • Intake session

  • Formal testing sessions

  • Comprehensive written report with tailored recommendations

  • Feedback session with time to ask questions and plan next steps

Note: Regional travel is available for school-based or community assessments. A travel fee applies and is based on the location and distance from the clinic. Please contact us for a tailored quote.

Support for Schools

We work with schools to support student wellbeing, classroom inclusion, and staff capacity through tailored consultation, professional learning, and student-focused programs.

Services may include:

  • Debriefing and support for front-line staff and leaders

We are developing a series of small-group programs designed to support connection, skill-building, and emotional resilience. These programs will be evidence-informed and delivered in a warm, engaging way.

Program structure:

  • Typically 6–8 weeks

  • Group sizes kept small to ensure individualised support

  • Run during school terms, after school or on weekends
